This includes improved salary levels for specialist physicians in certain geographical areas, including the Nysäter Health Centre, and also covers supervision of ST (specialization training) doctors.

Your Workplace

Nysäter Health Centre is a small, well-functioning rural health centre located just 35 minutes west of Karlstad. We currently have a patient list cap of 3,000 patients. A significant portion of our patients are elderly, offering varied and meaningful work with continuity and a holistic perspective. We view long-term relationships as one of our greatest strengths.

We have a close-knit and family-like work environment where we support each other, make decisions together, and value good collaboration. The smaller scale of operations means short decision-making paths and great opportunities to influence both your own work and our continued development.

Your Responsibilities

You will work closely with patients at the health centre, including consultations, follow-ups, and investigations for patients with various symptoms and illnesses. You will also have the pleasure of supervising highly skilled ST doctors. Well-functioning waiting lists and satisfied patients are part of your daily routine as a District Physician in Nysäter.
